Final Cleaning: 150 €
The 500 € breakage deposit will be by credit card print on arrival.

We request 50% for reservation by bank transfer.

The balance will be transferred by bank, 1 week prior arrival.

"We offer reduced prices during the low season for a minimum stay of one month."

Cancellation Policy

The reservation must be cancelled by email.

3 months before check-in = Possibility to postpone your dates
At least 30 days before check-in = 50% deposit refund
Less than 30 days before check-in = no deposit refund

10% of the deposit will be taken to cover administration costs.

We can provide private services to make your holidays more comfortable and relaxing

AIRPORT SERVICE

We have a 24-hour service to and from any destination.

Our driver knows all our apartments and will be waiting for you at the meeting point.

Possibility of Night Arrival (10 PM - 6 AM)

Do not worry if you have a late arrival, we will be there to welcome you.

Possibility of Day use

For a late check/out, If the apartment is available, you can apply for day use.

Possibility of Service Maid

For stays of at least 2 weeks, we can arrange a cleaning service to refresh your apartment.

Price : 75 €

Possibility of suitcase guard

By notifying us we can keep your suitcases until the time of your departure.
