This terrace overlooks the sandy beach of « La Venus » and the renowned « Paseo Maritimo ». The West terrace boasts a heated jacuzzi and a picturesque garden filled with vibrant flowers.

The living room, situated directly in front of the terrace, is elegantly furnished with sofas, a modern table, chairs, and a library corner. The accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, central air conditioning throughout.

The property comprises two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen is available, featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a Nespresso machine.

For enhanced security, two security cameras are strategically positioned in the entrance hall, which remain inactive during guests’ stay.

 

Parking is available for an extra fee: one spot directly in front of the property and another just 100 m away.

Airport or train station shuttle service is also available at an additional cost.

Upon request, we provide a baby cot, high chair, and children’s cutlery free of charge.

A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to midnight for an additional fee.

The property boasts a step-free interior, generously sized doors, and wide windows equipped with electric blinds, ensuring easy access and comfort.

Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience.

Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed in the communal areas for your safety.
