The 70 m² property comprises a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine.

A single-bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The open plan living and dining areas feature high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning unit, with a comfortable sofa bed accommodating two individuals (one adult or two children). This spacious layout can comfortably accommodate four people, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway.

 

Parking is available for an extra fee: one spot directly in front of the property and another just 100 m away.

Airport or train station shuttle service is also available at an additional cost.

Upon request, we provide a baby cot, high chair, and children’s cutlery free of charge.

A late check-in service is available from 10 pm to midnight for an additional fee.

The property boasts a step-free interior, generously sized doors, and wide windows equipped with electric blinds, ensuring easy access and comfort.

Beach towels and bed linens are provided for your convenience.
