For a late check-out, if the apartment is available, you can request day use.

For stays of at least 2 weeks, we can arrange a cleaning service to refresh your apartment.

Price : 75 € (includes: Changing bed linen and towels, Cleaning bathrooms and floors)

Possibility of Suitcase Guard

By notifying us we can keep your suitcases until the time of your departure.

Rules

To maintain a secure and comfortable environment for all, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines:

No house parties from 10pm to 8am
Please take your rubbish daily to the city rubbish bins situated on the parking floor (-1) on your right hand when exiting the elevator.
Don't forget to put the garbage in the proper recycling bins

Please wash all the dishes used before your departure
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited
Please advise of any additional overnight guests so not to exceed capacity of the apartment
You are liable for any damage caused by improper use to the apartment, contents and missing items. The accommodation should be kept in good condition. Any damage should be reported immediately. Small maintenance and repair costs will be covered by Marbella First
Any loss of keys will result in the lock being replaced for security reasons, the cost will be 50 €
Marbella First does not accept any liability for injuries or damage due to accident, loss, theft, flooding, delays or any other causes
The accommodation is not insured against fire or theft
Upon arrival, please provide identity papers for each guest so that we can register them with the Public Security Office
Pets are strictly prohibited without prior approval
